Very nice! But could have more a variety of food in the moring

Woke up to german cockroaches crawling on the nightstand. Check-in was good. Found some trash behind things in the room, other than that was an okay experience.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, soft bed was nice. The phone in the room didn't work, no towels, broke ironing board but all in all very comfy and we will stay here again. Thank you Quality Inn :)

Bed was comfy and room was clean, but very noisy people upstairs and around. Air conditioner wasn't working right. Got charged for 2 pillows that I supposedly stole. When I called I explained there were 2 pillows on one bed and 3 on the other so took off and used all on one bed and was told pretty much I wasn't going to be reimbursed.

The bathroom tolet wasn't clean, had roaches, and it smelled like cigarettes, and my mom room 116, and a lady (non-worker) walk in on her at 1am and her door was locked, the front desk had to have given her the key to her room, and when she walked in, she saw that it was occupied, she oops and bagged up and close the door. My mom couldn't go back to sleep at all, she stayed up all night.
