I've been shopping for a road bike for months. Yes I'm the type of person who reads reviews for hours before pulling the trigger. Today was the day I went to many different bike shops. I we t and visited the big bike shops down in Draper and Sandy. Those shops didn't even say Hi or give me the time of day. I decided I'd go home and order online. On the way home I decided to make one last effort and stop by Bountiful Cycle. Luke greeted me and asked me a bunch of questions. I admitted I had no road bike experience and honestly no clue on how to shift one. He pulled a few bikeda that he thought I was would enjoy. Test road a couple and settled on one. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and even happier to have met Luke.

I'd like to give kudos to Bountiful Bicycle Center and especially to Zach and the way in which he took care of my bike and me as a customer. I called four local bike shops -- all Specialized dealers -- all reputable -- to discuss some upgrades and service on my Specialized Tarmac SL6. Zach stood out in his honest assessment of what my bike possibly needed and what the cost and timeline would be. Just like your car or truck, you want the auto dealer to perform the actual required maintenance, rather than spend money on stuff / service you don't actually need. Zach did just that, and I'm thrilled with the results. Had a couple of follow up questions and he was outstanding yet again -- that's another sign of a great shop. They deliver on their promise and if there's an issue (which can happen with these bikes and all their fancy components), they listen and make the necessary adjustments until you're good to go. THANK YOU Zach and Bountiful Bicycle Center! I'll be back.

I'm new to road biking, and these guys have been very good to me as I'm figuring things out. They also have a very local, community feel. I will continue going there and buying from them.
