Listen. This is the place to go to have work done on your bike. I brought my well loved giant trance in there. Bottom bracket was sounding funky and I just wanted a once over. Guys sorted the bb, a new cassette, front pads, and a broken spoke. Couldn't believe how fast it was and how cheap it was. This is the spot. My 6 year old bike now feels great again

This is the best bike shop in the Charleston area with little contest. I've been everywhere from Mt. Pleasant to Downtown to James Island in the process of doing up and maintaining my road bike and Ride is the only shop that can consistently offer great products and service. Its very refreshing to see every employee be knowledgeable, down to earth, and passionate about what they do and honestly just makes the experience a tier above the other shops . Their prices are very fair and their charge for service has been anywhere from $10 to $120 dollars lower for the same job and better service. Can't recommend them enough, just visit them once and you see why it isn't worth wasting your time anywhere else.

LOVE this place! Major procrastinator here during the Covid19 pandemic. I ordered an out of stock bike for my 4 year old birthday boy on Thursday, and Greg pulled through a few days later on Monday! The shop was closed, but I got personalized white glove delivery from Greg himself right to my front door. His shop was closed on Monday, but he wanted to make sure the birthday boy got his bike on his special day. I strongly recommend this outfit to everyone- they’re the real deal. Knowledgeable, personable and great products. Thank you!!
