I bought a custom built bike from here a several months ago and it came with a 1 year free tune up. When I called to try to get someone to look at my breaks, it’s convenient that they no longer do work on bikes. (Red flag) They don’t even have mechanics on staff?!nIf you are going to invest in a bike, make sure you purchase it from somewhere that know what they are doing and can fix your bike when the time come. Go somewhere else.
They don't service bikes and more and the rep is a jerk.
Had a very negative experience with Ryan - very unprofessional. Would not recommend working with him.
Excellent shop with custom bikes! Check website for days and hours open sure to covid-19. Sale on some bikes already completed.
Fantastic experience! I was searching a bicycle for my wife and I and wanted to buy local. I tried a few other shops with no luck and then I called this shop and Elijah helped me pick out a bike for both my wife and I over the phone he texted me pictures and then they set up delivery to my door. I couldn't be happier and I'm glad that I found this place.
