The room was clean. The front desk lacks total discretion. Your room# and check out date is announced to anyone standing around the desk at the time. There are always a lot of people standing around the desk just hanging out. There was also a housekeeper guy that would randomly vacuum the hall outside the front of your room and wait for you to leave so he could enter your room. Keep in mind this is an extended stay hotel and housekeeping is not done on a daily basis. I caught him twice entering my room. Also had personal items stolen out if laundry room.nnAlthough Owasso is a safe town. This hotel is not a safe place if you area female traveling alone. Guys sitboutsude in there cars all night watching people.nnI do not recommend this place!!nBeware your info is not secure.
This is one of the best places I've evernstayed. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms have everything you need. I give it two thumbs up.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is convenient to the hwy, and the near by stores/restaurants. Rhonda, the director of sales, was extremely helpful in getting our room booked, and with the accommodations. We will definitely be back to stay with them again soon!!!
Really enjoyed my stay. Spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. Excellent service, staff was extremely polite and accommodating.
Very comfortable clean rooms with great customer service and the price is extremely reasonable! We will definitely be staying here when we come to visit owasso!
