Checked in and went to are room. Then as we walk into the room. There was people half dressed getting ready to go somewhere. Yeah it was an awkward moment for certain. So we go back down and they give us another room. But this is the 2nd time Hampton hotel has put us in a room already occupied. So will be steering clear of a Hampton from now on. But on a positive note when we went for breakfast. They have a lady that is just hilarious while she serves you. Made breakfast a memorable time. She is the reason for a 3 star other wise would have been a 1. Hey Hampton need to let her know she rocks her job with a raise.
Very good! Rooms clean, hotel quiet but the bright spot is the breakfast. The host was comedic, personable and just makes the day a little more enjoyable. Definitely going to make this out spot when in broken arrow!
Amazing place to stay! Every single employee we spoke with was beyond nice and welcoming! The pool was warm and clean. Our room was super clean as well!! Would definitely reccomend this hotel!!
PK, the sweet lady that runs the continental breakfast absolutely made this stay. She was hilarious, kind, beyond helpful and just what this world needs. I will be coming back just to see her!
We have never had a bad experience with any Hampton property. When we travel we always check to see if a Hampton is a possibility and if so, it is booked. We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Broken Arrow, OK and it was like all of the others: PERFECT. Whether you are in the Broken Arrow area or anyplace else that has a Hampton Inn; be sure and book it. You will be happy that you did.
