Econo Lodge Broken Arrow - Tulsa

The night guys that checked me in where awesome, nice room, tv didn't work(not a big problem), but upon my check this morning the housekeeper and the day manager tried to keep my deposit. Said my room smoked like cigarette smoke, had fake pictures of cigarette ashes underneath a desk and folded up in a towel. Neither my wife or I smoke cigarettes, so after a very heated argument I received my deposit back and told I wasn't welcomed back. Which is completely fine wouldn't stay here again if I was paid too. People outside the building trying to sell drugs or asking for drugs. Terrible!

For most part it was clean and well taken care off. Service was good. I think the deposit was a little high for one night and for the place but it was still decent place to stay

I am giving this a one star rating which should really be a zero star rating. I do not live in Oklahoma but I had friend that I was helping in reserving a room at the Econo Lodge. I was booking a room for a month stay for my friend due to illness. I saw that there was an Econo Lodge in Tulsa near I-44 and Skelly Drive close to Memorial. I asked several times while making the reservation if this was the one in Tulsa close to Memorial and I was told yes each time. Come to find out AFTER my guest arrived in Tulsa and taken to the Econo Lodge in Tulsa that this facility was CLOSED!!!!!!! My friend was dropped off in parking lot of a facility that was closed in the late evening. We had to find out what the deal was and find him a ride to the facility in Broken Arrow which evidently was where the reservation was made. I was not told the facility in Tulsa was closed. While my friend stayed three nights in this hotel, I had to find another hotel and reserve it for a month and get him to that hotel. Now i am paying for two hotels for the duration of a month each. The Econo Lodge will not refund me even as i offered in good faith to pay for the first full week even though my guest is not staying there. While I find this to be of erroneous information the Econo Lodge did not find it to be so. They will NOT REFUND ME. They did not tell me that the facility in Tulsa was closed at the time of making a reservation and my guest was left at late night in the parking lot of a closed hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!nnI have spoken to the manager at the Econo Lodge who was extremely kind and helpful. But unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about the refund. The manager was quite helpful though.

The staff interaction makes you feel warm and like family. The hotel provided everything I needed. Everyone to include the cleaning staff are very friendly. I would love to be a part of this great team! Ty for the warmth!

It was a pleasant place to stay . Pet friendly and close to a lot of food places to choose from. Kenneth at the front desk was very polite and Friendly. I will go back
