To be honest I didn't want to give any stars but the only way I could leave a rating I had to give 1!!! Rooms are not up to Choice Hotel standards. Water line in hotel broke so the hallway that leads to all the rooms are covered in black plastic & writing. Industrial blower fans in middle of floor everywhere which made it very hazardous to walk thru due having to step over cords with each step. Hallway & rooms had strong musty & mildew dew smell. So after seeing the condition of the hallway & inside of both rooms. I wasn't comfortable in staying here with my family so I called Choice Hotel to get a refund and go stay at the Sleep Inn.
If you smoke cigarettes. And like the smell of bug spray this is the place for you ! Do not recommend.
The place was clean and the water got hot and they have wifi. But, besides that I would not stay again. We asked several times about the TV and we tried the techniques they told us. We called more than three times and we were repeatedly told that they were too busy to help us with the TV which means they probably need more help. I suppose if you don't need/want TV it's fine. Or, if you don't mind the lack of customer service that's fine too.
A good place to stay for a shower and a bed. Rooms need new carpet and updated.
This was the worrrrrrrrst experience EVER!!!!!!! Booked my stay for 2 nights bought all my things in as 1 would staying at a hotel was gone all day came back and everything I brought in my room miraculously disappeared..Spoke to the front desk clerk.she said there had been a ring of burglars breaking in ps rooms which would've been a great heads up checking in this is the worst hotel stay ever I'll NEVER be back and if you have guts enough to stay here beware cause you and your belongings are not safe
