The 1st night the toilet wouldn’t flush so we called and a lady was nice enough to come up with a plunger. Her plunger was so bad it wouldn’t work. We had to flush the toilet all night by reaching into the back of the toilet. She said she would have someone fix it in the morning. The sink had no water pressure. You couldn’t hardly brush your teeth or wash your hands. The second night the toilet did flush but the water was running constantly in it so we had to keep the door shut. The temperature control knob on the heater/AC was not adjustable as the knob just turned in circles. I hope we just happened to get a room with poor maintenance and they all aren’t that way.
They got the best manager anyone could have she's an awesome hard working lady always has respect for everyone and the hotel she runs . She the best. Awesome place to get a room and get treated like your home
My most recent stay at the Days Inn-Tulsa Central in Tulsa Ok was fantastic. From the time you enter the door, you are warmly greeted by either the General Manager Lanette or one of her front desk associates. The entire time that I was there I feel as if they all went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My room was cleaned and cleaned well on a daily basis. I tip my hat to the housekeeping crew as well. In my opinion, they done a great job too. I highly recommend this particular Wyndham property to anyone who is ever in the Tulsa, Ok area or surrounding area. The GM Lanette and her crew set the stage and carry out a good work for exactly how a nice, clean, modernized hotel should be run. :)
Awful experience! Customer service (personable employees who enjoy their job) was awesome. Until I expressed concerns about food that shouldn't have been served because it jeopardized the clientele... Awful! I was harassed by a neighboring room - taps on the shared wall AND the print out showed I am owed money.nnI'm still heartbroken.nnOh! I forgot to mention... taking a snooze and then mysteriously awaking to things gone in my purse (book card - later returned to purse at the hotel next door) AND 60-120 in cash on me... I don't carry cash!
Lamp by bed didn't work, tv remote didn't work, maintenance man came to fix it while I was in shower30 min before I was leaving.you need a ladder to get in the bed, absurd, , water was either very cold or scalding hot. Outside of hotel strewn heavy with cigarette butts and on kept appearance that I did not see at 10:00 p.m. upon arriving. People friendly but a lot of inconveniences.
