The rooms are clean. But the attention is not good at all. Front desk is closed due to convid. But to attend what ever you want to do from a small wimdow and the temp is at 9 degrees is not good at all. But I want to make a Special reference to Mrs. Maria, the person Who with a real outstanding attention takes care of my room everyday. Thank you. Wish everybody could have the same good luck I do.
Office person smells like he had been peeling onions and made us wait at the window while he played GTA5 in the lobby of the hotel.nQuickly got into a room after, no issues with the room.
Best bang for the buck. No other hotel gives you as much under $60!!nnExtremely clean rooms, great selection of channels w Satelite, strong wi-fi, and easy access w it's great location right off I-44.
Nice room. Desk clerk could have been friendlier. Not a fan of 3 flights of stairs but not sure it could be changed.
Booked on line...very easy. Room was non smoking and pet friendly. It was clean but we sprayed every thing down and used disinfectant wipes to insure our safety. Very noisy area and questionable people in the vicinity. Bathroom could have used a facelift. Would not stay there again.
