I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in this first week of March. The gentlemen were very helpful, kind, and respectful of my wishes. The women on the other hand have given me issues with another stay claiming a mirror went missing and wanting to charge $250 deposit fee they are insane. How is that possible I have no idea, I have a tiny car where in the world would I take it, wouldn’t they have seen me take it out from any entry/exit. They claim to have hot breakfast when all they have is cereal and a waffle maker. The young lady also wouldn’t take the $60 pet deposit fee for a week claiming it’s only a weekly rate when I reserved for 9 nights wanting to charge $135 on a per night charge of $15 when on the my choice app claims to only be a $10 fee.
Perfectly clean and well kept. Very friendly and helpful staff. Held our family of 5 just fine on our trip up from Texas.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I booked a night here for New year's, the booking policy as clearly stated in the hotel app stated that we could check in until 7:00 a.m. after the night we booked it for, I arrived at 3:30 and the manager said that his late check in was 3:00 A.M. After arguing for an hour with him I was forced to go down the road and book another hotel room. Horrible service, the lobby smelled of marijuana and dirty clothes and disgusting attitude towards customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The Marriott down the road is excellent for pretty much the same price.
Awesome staff great management very secure safe family friendly and convenient location.
Fantastic. The staff went above and beyond many times. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a problem at another hotel and these guys came to our rescue. Can't say enough good things about the staff.
