Jared was the worst pharmacist I have ever had to enteract with. After speaking with him on the phone he seemed very nice until I pulled up and he saw that I was black his whole character changed and I could see it in his face. There was no need for him to ask me 3 different time's what her birthday is and how to spell her last name which is the same as mine and on the driver's license he had in his hand. Just saying if you're black and Jared is helping you be prepared to be treated differently.

We were informed that our insurance no longer contracted with CVS, and would need to have our doctor transfer the prescription we needed to avoid having to pay full price out of pocket. When we called our doctor, they told us CVS could do that, but they would try to help. After waiting a couple hours, nothing. I tried to call CVS twice, and sat in their holding pattern in the automated phone system for 10+ minutes, only to be hung up on both times before I could even speak with a REAL person.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Jessica! Jessica was so kind to me during my COVID test and treated me like I was really special, even though she didn’t have to at all. I felt like she was a mom taking care of me, which I appreciate during this very nervous time. She was thorough and succinct, both professional and kind. Jessica, I hope you stay healthy and happy and I hope CVS gives you a raise!

I always choose CVS for all my needs. The customer service is 5 star and the prices are very reasonable compared to some of the other choices in my area. I would recommend this place a hundred times.
