Covid-19 Testing - I went online and scheduled a test. Once you schedule the visit they ask for basic information like birth date and insurance. Good news. If you don't have insurance they give the test for free so don't let that stop you. After you sign up they send you several really nice emails and a video explaining what to expect during the test which was super helpful. Honestly, I was very uncomfortable about doing this but they make you feel 1- Safe 2- Quality. They give you disposable gloves as well. Once I got there I was still feeling a little unsure but the lady there has a very calm voice and takes her time to help you through each step. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. (Am I a baby when it comes to medical? Yes!!) So, the test goes like this. You swab both nostrils for 15 seconds each. It wasn't painful but I felt like I was going to sneeze and it was weird having something in your nose. In any case, it is really easy and takes less than 5 minutes.

Jared said he was manager of CVS pharmacy and he was very immature like 15 and rude. He has no customer service skills at all. I badly needed heart medicine's and my store location was closed. He said he could not transfer my prescriptions. I called another location and they said that they could easily transfer the prescription.

I have used this pharmacy for two years. The wait times can be long, hence the 4 stars. They may be under staffed. I've learned to call ahead or use the app to see if my scripts are ready. Folks have always been helpful. I feel bad for the folks who had one time bad experiences, but that doesn't reflect what I've seen here on the whole!

Do not come to this location if you are trying to get the Covid testing within your 30 min. I scheduled my appointment for 1140 and 30 min later am still in the line. None of the cars in front of me have moved in this time period.
