Always takes forever. I called yesterday after waiting around and their app said it would be ready at 3pm. I get an email at 9am saying they were filling it. I called at 1 and asked about it and they said they wouldn’t have it in till today at 11 and it would be ready by 2pm. We shall see ud83dude44 My major problem is, if they knew it wasn’t gonna be in till today, why didn’t they call me and notify me that? I always have a problem here but we’ve been with them for so long, I don’t want a new pharmacy..

My wife went to fill my son's flu medicine prescription and walked around the store for an hour, waiting for it to be filled. When she went to pick it up, they had not even filled it. They needed our new insurance information and didn't even bother to contact us to let us know. What a waste of time. The people are normally nice, but this was the last straw for a tired family. We will be getting our prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Do not go here!!! My dog was crying and whimpering in pain for an hour and 40 minutes waiting for her pain medication. I went through pickup after 40 minutes of not receiving a text alert they said it will still be a while. I leave and drop my dog off come back still no text alert. I go through the line again and its ready. I show her that i am enrolled in the program and have received the preliminary text proving its the correct number. she still tries to give me a card to enroll in the exact text program im already in and double check my number. Instead of admitting they just didnt do there job. Again do not go here they are incompetent and understaffed.

We have used this pharmacy for years and have had very few problems; the pharmacists have been friendly and helpful. It helps me to remember that NO place will be perfect 100% of the time and not to let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
