We have been this particular Walgreens for 8 years. We are blessed that no one gets sick often but when someone does it is bad. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have to pick up prescriptions we have an issue. Usually with the SAME insurance that we have had for over 3years.Everytimes the insurance has to be called. And everytime the insurance company has to call the pharmacy. I went to speak to the pharmacists about it and the young lady was more concerned with sitting on the phone then speaking to a customer that was right in front of her. In fact she cut me off mid sentence just to sit on the phone. J have been a working manager in retail for 22 years and I have never in my life been treated so poorly. Walgreens has lost my business not only for prescriptions but in general.

Curbside delivery does not work. Waited 10 minutes and store was empty. When I walked in lady at front desk stated she didn’t get alerted.

My boyfriend lives closer to the pharmacy so I asked him to pick it up on his way over here because I was completely out of my medicine. He got there and they were on their lunch break. No problem, he waited around for a bit. When they got to him they told him my medicine wasn’t refilled. I check on the website and it said it was ready for pick up. I called the pharmacy and they said it definitely was ready and didn’t know why they told him it wasn’t but by that point my boyfriend had already left. He offered to go back later but it’s not the first time I’ve had issues there so I just decided to take it to another pharmacy.

Unfortunately this store has a habit of closing before listed hours. It’s rather inconvenient and frustrating when customers need something, and rely on them to be open during hours posted, just to get there and they’re closed. Each time this happens, it becomes more evident that my family will stop shopping there. Do better Walgreens.
