The grounds are very well kept. Lots of renovations going on constantly to improve the apartments. The on site manager Lena is amazing and always willing to help out in any way that she can! Very accommodating and friendly! Laundry on site for your convenience and lots of room for the kiddos to play outside!

The management remodeled the apartments and they are beautiful! The Palms are run by competent friendly helpful management and will do whatever they can to make you LOVE living there too! They have a volleyball court on premises with a sand floor, a dog park for your animals, and a park for your kids! I highly recommend living here with your human family and your fur babies ;-)

You won’t find better apartments for the price in Altus. Newly renovated, new owners, and constant improvements to the property. I highly recommend these apartments!

I moved due to the loud music and uncomfortable occurancies I experienced from neighboring units.
