Melissa and the other nice clerk at the front desk was very kind and inviting.nThe Caucasian gentlemen at night found it very hard to handle the hotel (allowing a Chihuahua to be carried in past him and stayed in the room down across from the guests washers) and his homework.nVery nice place, clean, comfortable and breakfast was nice. I would gladly stay again and recommend.
The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Was so clean, walk in lobby and it’s beautiful decorated and so clean. Room was awesome! Nice comfy bed, bathroom very clean and plenty of room. All necessities was provided in room we booked. We have traveled and stayed in other hotels and had horrible experience. Made our trip this time so much better to have a great 2 night stay at this motel. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Plymouth. My husband enjoyed the breakfast.
Great rooms. Very clean. Breakfast can be picked up and brought to room. Attendant was masked and wearing gloves. Plexiglas barrier at front desk. Everything was handled perfectly! The room was extremely comfortable and large. Good wifi signal as well. Great shower.
I had a very delightful stay here. Everyone was very professional and, courteous. Next time I come to raleigh north Carolina my stay will be here at Holiday inn Express & Suite.
Melissa and the front desk person on duty at 5pm on 3/18/21 were very helpful, kind, and friendly! Melissa even called after i got to my room after check in to make sure everything was ok! The room was very clean as well!
