This place is way over priced. The trailer Park is not a good place to start a family. The trash and debris are not safe for a child to be around. The place is drug Central and the gang's are all over there hope they clean up the place soon. Just never turn your back because you will get robbed.
The lot rent is too high. Due on the 1st and ready to kick you out if you're 10 days late. No passion at all if you're falling on hard times.
Visited a friend here and I have to ask, why are the speed bumps so large and irregular? Felt like driving through a third world country's roads with all the potholes.
If I could give no stars I would. They promise a lot of things but don’t stick to there word. Not a good place to stay
