Enjoyed my stay here. The price was great! The place is clean no bugs, quiet, hot tub and pool, the staff is GREAT, Josh at the desk was Great along with all of the other employees. I will definitely come back on my next visit.
Friendly staff. The king size with jacuzzi was a decent room. Room was clean but the jets in jacuzzi could have been a little stronger. Pressure was lacking if I had to honestly guess they have never replaced or cleaned the filter since run was installed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was decently priced for this weekend spring break and easter together. Harrah's casino hotel wanted $519 a night this weekend. All other hotels was just about the same but a little lower. Would defiantly start here again.
This place was a great place to stay. Its quiet and the staff are very pleasant. The hot tub needs to be reglazed badly and the water in the pool and hot tub need to be changed. This hotel is in a great location its a 7 minute drive to town, 4 minutes to food and 6 minutes to the casino. Wish the pool stayed open later, but other than that it was a very relaxing weekend in the mountains.
When we got here everything was fine. Room look great. We to town and casino. Got back to room and had no hot water. So they moved to a new room. Got in the new room and dead bugs in the floor. Then one bed was broken the other bed you could feel the box springs. My husband and I had to sleep in different beds just to sleep The bathroom light didn't work. So we g pi t moved to a new room the next morning. Got dressed went to Gatlinburg for the day. Came back and someone had been in the room we just got and stole the casino chips that my husband won last night. And the manager wouldn't even come back to the hotel to see or try to fix it. So we have to wait.nIn the morning to see what she is going to do or if we have to call the cops
Rooms, furniture, carpeting is all outdated. Needs remodeling. But the place was clean. The staff we had talked with at check was nice and pleasant. The morning guys weren't friendly. Old guy at desk grumpy acting. Guy in breakfast area didn't even acknowledge us. Room was less expensive than other hotels in area. Would stay again.
