Love the balcony over the water. Could listen to that sound forever. Rooms are always clean. Beds are comfy. Plenty of hot water. I did something to my back and Ashley has done everything possible to help locate a heating pad. Mom and I feel cared for and safe staying here. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!

This place certainly deserves more than a 5 Star....My daughter and I stayed there this past week, and It was one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed in the mountains up that way. The river behind our room with private balcony was so relaxing. The lady at the desk was so kind and accommodating. The room was so clean and we had a small refrigerator and coffee maker and the TV was quite good , as well. That coffee was delicious. Thanks for the great hotel room, the serenity of the river, and we will be back soon, I hope. A trip i will not forget!!!!

Beautiful view, excellent service, clean rooms, fast check in. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The ladies in the office were great and so very helpful. We had a car to break down and had to stay an extra day they were very accommodating The rooms a very clean the beds are very comfortable Very quite and felt so safe I will be stay here every time I come to Cherokee

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and that view right on the river was outstanding!! Would stay here again absolutely.
