Good price for the location. The river view is really nice. Room where we stayed needs some touches, the private balcony is a plus, needs some cleaning and you will probably see some flying bugs.....well we are talking about the mountains right? still, didn't bother me much or to my wife. I will considered to come back. Guys if you have in mind to bring your lady, make sure she knows this is not a luxury place and if she doesn't mind a few bugs here and there at the balcony, so you good to go

We loved this place. We stayed only 1 night last weekend & the room was spacious, very clean. It smelled nice. It's an older hotel but much better than some new ones we've stayed in. Private balcony at back facing the creek. Was great to fish in or just watch people tubing by. It was very quiet, staff very friendly. What more could ya ask for? We stayed across the street the first 2 nights but then seen this place & decided 2 stay an extra night. Love it that ya have to wear a mask going in & limit 1 person per party. It's great to know they're being safe in this pandemic. Only downfall was we had no hot water the next morning but the sweet lady was already on the phone to get it repaired & even offered us another room but we were checking out anyhow so wasn't going to put them through that. They were very nice though!

My wife & I stayed there over the Labor day weekend. It was wonderful. Room 211 will forever be 'our room'. I believe we could watch that river forever from the balcony.nnClean, great service, excellent location. We plan to be back again soon. Highly recommended...just stay away from room 211. ud83dude09

This place is definitely dated but the private balcony on the river was very enjoyable. It was very clean Even though it was very dated. Shower work great plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Staff was extremely nice.

If you're looking for a quiet comfortable relaxing little place by the river this is definitely your hotel within walking distance of great food and the river right out your balcony and some of the most comfortable beds anywhere in the world and I am a world traveler the prices here are always affordable though I will admit a few things could use a little updating the location always feels and smells clean and quaint almost like being at your grandparents cabin so I definitely approve this place and suggesting Gypsy approved all day long and I will be a guest for many years to come with just a little bit of Polish this location is going to be one of the most spectacular places in Cherokee.
