We stayed at this hotel for a total of one hour and we found bugs and cockroach poop and a pill in the floor. when calling the after hours number and telling the owner about it, she came very quick and apologized profusely and gave me my refund.
We were traveling Saturday and attempted to get a room there but we were turned away because I have a registered/certified service (seizure alert)dog, she only weighes 12 pounds and is VERY well trained,they gave the last room to a couple in line behind us. We had to go all the way to Knoxville Tennessee before we found a we found another vacancy. It was exhausting!

Always stay when I'm in Cherokee
I will come to this hotel everytime I visit Cherokee...Friendly staff...no one bothers you with a lot of rules..Clean rooms...A great experience...The price per night is very reasonable...
