Service was great. Hotel a little dated. Mom was in a handicap room which was perfect for her.
We arrived late one evening after driving 13 hours and roads were starting to flood so we decided to stop for the night before reaching our final destination, what a mistake. We were tired and just wanted to sleep and upon entering our room we found several poop droppings on the rug which my daughter stepped in as well as the floors had food particles around the bed and also in the bathroom. Gross. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana as well. We did not feel safe staying here with some of the people hanging out in the parking lot either but being it was so late and we were so tired from driving and did not want to drive in flood conditions we decided to stay until morning The staff gave us a different room upon our request but would not credit my stay or provide any sort of refund or discounted rate. Do not stay here
Not bad very Hospitable but lots of fruitflies in the room
for $100 for not even 24 hours it has the worst. internet. service. i have never experienced a more horrible wifi connection in my life. it’s going out as i type this.
Walked in hotel was approached by an old curly hair lady as i tried to use restroom before i checked in she had no mask and told me and my wife both restrooms were out of order then asked if we were guest i said about to be she said yeah there both out of order, very rude , unprofessional, and hotel smelled very bad on to of risking my safty with no ppe worn at all, will never stay at a quality inn after this
