Clean, cute, relaxing, remote feel (but great location), perfect little cabin getaway! This cabin had everything you could possibly need for an outdoorsy weekend away - and more! The owners have really thought of everything (bug spray, charcoal, lighter fluid, s’mores ingredients, stocked kitchen, coffee/coffee maker, etc) and they are quick to respond with any questions. There is a small charcoal grill at each cabin but there is a large gas grill for use in the community area, a beautiful fire pit, games, and incredible views. These cabins are such a great central location for beautiful hikes in the area and just minutes to lake lure and chimney rock. I would highly recommend these beautiful cabins!!!
Oh my goodness... COVID cancelled my 40th birthday trip to Ireland, so my wife made a quick pivot & found End of the Road. Perfect little cabin with an awesome screened in porch (nearly bug-free!), & plenty of quaint, comfortable amenities. It rained almost every day, so we were immensely grateful that there was on flooding/pooling anywhere near our cabin or cars. And the covered gazebo with a fire pit was just about the highlight of our entire trip.nnMet the owner as we were heading out, & he was as wonderful as we expected. Highly recommend!!
