We stayed at this hotel with family for a quick getaway. It's a brand new hotel. Everything still smelled fresh. Located in a great spot. Staffs were extremely nice and friendly. Definitely a place we would come back and stay again. (Hilton Honors price was great as well ud83dude0a)
We stayed for a weekend getaway. As Hilton gold members we were able to get an fabulous upgrade to a most comfortable suite. The front desk staff through tour our stay was very gracious and helpful. We truly felt at “Home”. We plan to return here when in the area again.
This hotel is clean, bright, modern, and nice for a 3 star, what I don’t like is that you can’t even take a hot shower the water barely gets warm and you can’t message the front desk through the Hilton app.
Hotel room was very clean. This hotel is dog friendly but it wasn’t really a loud hotel with pets
Writing this from my local hotel room: My husband and I decided to do staycation for Valentine's Day Weekend. We booked our room here for Friday through Monday. Thursday night we called to verify our reservation, we were set. Friday morning I called to let them know my dog would be coming as well, no problem.nn5 minutes before check in I received a call from the front desk saying they were cancelling my reservation because Hilton has a no locals policy. Katie was very rude from the beginning. I was ready to accept we would not be staying here so I asked Katie could she help us find another room. She told me all the Hilton's have the same policy and I wouldn't be able to find a room in town, she was canceling my reservation now and hope I had a good day.nnI have been staying at Hiltons as an Honors member for years now. At least 3 times a year I book a room in Wilmington. This has never been an issue until Katie and Homes2 Suites.
