First let me say that my mom, dad, brother, and I have stayed here many times in the past with no issues. But unfortunately that was not the case this time! The front desk staff was extremely nice but the room was not properly cleaned AT ALL. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay there because all the other hotels in the area were booked. There was no shampoo, lotion, soap or anything in our room. The kitchen floor was visibly dirty and so sticky our shoes stuck to the floor. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. There was what appeared to be blood on the chair, and hole in the floor. The toilet tissue also had been replaced with an open roll and had what appeared to be blood on the toile tissue as well, I immediately changed it out with the unopened roll on the shelf. As a choice plus member I really expected more out of this hotel. We will not be returning.

Very very dirty. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in months, and we had to wear shoes every time we walked on the floor because it would turn the bottoms of our feet black. Also when we were leaving, we checked underneath the bed to make sure we didn’t accidentally kick anything under there and we discovered an extremely old used condom underneath the bed; probably been there months as well. The bed sheets were all stained too.

This is not a family style hotel. It was very clean and up-to-date but, It is mainly a good place for construction workers and trades people. Working out of town on some of the local jobs in this area.nThe parking lot gets very crowded at times.
