This is an older hotel where you park outside in front of your door. It has been newly renovated and is nice. Due to Covid there's not even a bar of soap provided for the sink. In the shower there are two hanging dispensers for soap. The front doors to check in are locked so you can't go inside to check in. I was told it was a 4 star hotel so of course I booked it sight unseen. I did not realize what the property looked like so I would not have stayed. For some it would probably be just fine, but in my opinion, the property is definitely no more than a 2-3 star at best.
Outside of the motel is a bit creepy. Walkways were dirty and a homeless man was walking across the back parking lot. I was there alone and didn't feel safe. Had a friend follow me back after dinner to be sure i got in my room safely. Inside is a complete flip. Very nice and clean! They should put a fence up next to the carwash and pressure wash the sidewalks.
Beautiful renovations include large flat-screen tv's and appliances. Fixtures and interior decorations on par with higher-rated hotels. Truly a hidden gem, and the front desk was refreshingly polite.
Let me just start off by saying I was completely impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Being a self employed cleaner, I can be a pretty hard critic. The bed was comfy and lots of pillows. I instantly regretted bringing 4 from home but I am usually always disappointed. The staff were super friendly and ensured we were taken care of during our whole stay. The hotel is located very close to everything. Only downfall is traffic is fairly hectic in the area, but it doesn't affect the quality of your stay. I was highly impressed with this location and would visit again if we are in the area. Ps: Thank you for helping get us back in our room after we somehow locked ourself out with the indoor latch.
Very very clean place to relax and location is great! Friendly service from the front desk and a good house keeping team. And most of all house keeper supervisor Erica makes the guest feel at home and makes sure they have and get everything that's needed and she does it with all smiles!!!! Inside and outside is kept very well by her and her team she works very hard to get it all done as it's her own establishment!!!! I've been here for three weeks and it's the same friendly service and smile daily! I would recommend this establishment for anyone who loves great service and a house keeper supervisor as great as theirs!!!!!
