Great place for business travel. I had full kithen , big tv and bed . Was easy to relax after work an be comfortable. The staff was great an willing to help!
The room was half cleaned. There was hair in the refrigerator and freezer and in the bed. Half eaten food in the refrigerator and cabinets. There were also roaches, lots of babies. They were crawling on the side of the beds. And cobwebs in the closet and on the hangers where you hang your clothes.
The parking alot needs to clean up looks trashy.. not a good area at night .nClean rooms.but, front stuff could be a little more friendly..
Has lots of roaches. Was highly upset. Stayed there twice last year and the last time was worst from the first time. Management NEVER CARES. NEVER received a refund. Hope EVERYONE SEES THIS.
Terrible experience. Brandi Harris is the worst front desk clerk I've ever encountered. We booked our reservation. Arrive. She already looking like she hated her job. Tells me she doesn't see my reservation n wen I proceed to call booking.com it suddenly appears. NOW... BECAUSE she's auditing I can't check-in. Waaa? The agent from booking was also disgusted. Smdh. Never have I EVER.
