This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Dead bug in the bathroom. Piss all over the toilet seat on arrival. Shower has some weird substances on the bottom. No garbage can. Moldy “mat” in the bath. Smells like mold. No breakfast at all even though we booked for free breakfast. That actually worked out I guess because I wouldn’t trust that the food is bug and pandemic free. I want to spray myself down in a shower of Lysol and Bleach.
I had to change my reservation date and the woman at the front desk absolutely refused to talk to me or change things. She kept saying they were full tonight, which is fine, but I wasn't scheduled for that night in the first place. Completely refused to do business and chased me away, and refused to communicate with the Expedia agent who called to help facilitate the reservation date change
There's roaches not a good cleaning staff do not expect breakfast even if is included in the price book online cuz it's cheaper. They will not lower their prices in the location to equal that online but all in all is located in a good location so empty physical things up I will consider giving them another store
Staff was friendly and efficient. That being said, my room 203, the air conditioner/wall unit rattled so much I had to unplug it. The only light in the bathroom was the fan light fan was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. No blackout curtains so the room was lit up my ambient light all night. And I found a cockroach in my room.
Rooms were old and dirty and cRpets were filthy. No breakfast NOT even packaged items.
