Was forced to used a credit/ debit card not used to make the reservation with. I will be notifying. Booking.com and quadpay.com of the cituation.
We came for a quick Valentine’s get away. Upon check in, the front desk attendant Troy was super helpful giving us tips on things to do that evening. After checkout- while at breakfast we realized my husband had left his wallet in our hotel room. I called the front desk and asked if we could stop back by and search for it before we left town- when we came back Troy had already searched our room and found it for us. He goes the extra mile & it is greatly appreciated. We will definitely return in the future.
Bed was way too high. Very comfortable sleeping, but couldn't sit on it and even put my socks on. Also faucet in sink was backwards. We finally figured out to get hot water you had to turn it to the right rather than the left. Also missed breakfast. It cut off at 9. Should have been a little later
A cozy hotel. The staff was mostly nice. However all the work traffic from the dealership behind the hotel means the parking lot is always busy, so lock your car if you stay here.
I didn't actually stay here. But one of my friends did and from what I could tell it was a very nice hotel. The beds were super comfy and soft . smelled good
