Upon arrival, there were no parking spots available for us. The entire parking lot was full and there was no street parking. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to greet us at check-in. (no one was at the desk and no one came after calling). Our room was clean, however the walls and door are paper thin. You can VIVIDLY hear every conversation, door shut, dog bark, and noise imaginable. We left after the first night. After explaining all of this to the staff at check-out, no one offered to remedy the situation, offer a discount, or appease us in anyway. It seemed like a normal occurrence to them.

This was our 2nd stay at this location, and my Husband and I were very pleased! The 2 Bedroom 2 Bath suite was great and very CLEAN, which is most important to me!! The staff greeted us with a smile, and offered us a complimentary snack at check-in. We have no complaints and are very appreciative for the customer service we received! We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family!!ud83dudcafud83dudc4dud83cudffeud83dude09

Staybridge suites does a extraordinary job. They had free breakfast ,complimentary wash and dry.on site . inside pool And it's a pet ud83dudc15ud83dudc36 friendly hotel . I'll advise and recommend this hotel to anybody that goes to Wilmington North Carolina good job staybridge.i give this hotel more than 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ ⭐✨ out standing job I look forward to booking again .plus it's near all restaurant , stores ..

They advertise breakfast until 0930 but when we went out at 0850, there was no hot food left and staff had basically closed breakfast. No milk. No regular coffee. One raisin bran. 6 or 7 corn flakes. A few muffins. Some yogurts. Some fruit. Now we have to get everyone up so we can go out for breakfast. If you advertise breakfast until 09e0, you need to keep everything stocked until 0930!
