We arrived for a girls weekend trip. At 3 pm the room was not ready and was told to come back in an hour as they were cleaning it. Came back after 4 to check in. Should have been a RED FLAG when the lady checking us in said don't be doing drugs. Um ok. Walked to the room and the room key didn't work. A guy that works there came by and said your key not working either? He let us in and started to fix our keys. Taking a look at the room we see that the curtain is hanging and no way to hang it. Looked in the bathroom and there was hair and pee on the seat. Immediately went and got our money back.
besides the maintenance who was very kind; the place smells, the beds were not made, the floors were dirty/dusty, the toilet was crooked, the power wasn’t consistent, and we weren’t supplied with towels.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Terrible experience. Run down place with lots of issues. Room floor was very dirty, we mopped the floor ourselves (see photos). sink was clogged, no soap provided, broken bed headboard, water stains on ceiling and walls, AC unit did not work properly. no breakfast not even breakfast bag (which I would accept because of COVID-19). $95 per night is intolerable!
The staff is very sweet but the hotel is dirty. My room had bugs.
Excellent resort/hotel. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff is well trained and very helpful
