Everyone has been nice and friendly. Clean room daily. I would recommend this place.
Not a 5 star hotel but I'll give them this, they take cash n card n don't charge ur card for fees u didn't know about. The rooms r cleaned daily. Maintenance does their job too. U can check inn at any time. Its recent, affordable, n u will not get ripped off!
Clean rooms, quiet. It's not the Ritz but great for the money. Only complaint is few outlets and no breakfast
So they have you sign a paper stating that check out is at 11am, pulled up to my room at about 9:30 AM and the cleaning crew was in my room already. The lady explained to me because I wasnt There to answer the phone at 9 AM when they called they took it upon themselves just to go in my room and start cleaning it out. She said they went in there to check if there was anyone or anything in there. So these people are obviously coming in the rooms when we’re not there. Poor customer service. OH AND THE FLOOR WAS SOAK AND WET.
I've heard so much bad that I was afraid prior to staying here (it was all I could afford). However I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's more like family/close community neighborhood feeling. The staff are friendly and it seems safer than the bigger nearby hotels. As with everything there are some exceptions, but the guests are good folks and I am impressed by the extra effort made by staff and mgmnt to prevent the criminal activity often seen at modestly priced resorts.
