Convenient location. Friendly check in person but she was visiting with a guy in the back office. A long walk from parking to the room. We weren't greeted as platinum members. The room was worn. The TV remote only worked at just the right angle. The toilet ran constantly. The bath faucet was loose. We're loyal to the Best Western brand but this stay was a let down
I just finished staying there for 8 nights and it was an excellent experience. The girl at the front desk (Jenee) was outstanding! She was super pleasant, took care of the few things I asked her for and looked out for any way to take a few dollars off the rate. Room was clean and comfortable. If you are there for golf it is in a perfect location as far as being very close to most of the good courses. Also, if you have a dog make sure you go to Martin dog park a mile away. Best dog park ever!
Not a bad place for what you pay!! Always clean and fresh smelling. Really Friendly staff. Buffalo Wild Wings right across the street and close to everything. I ALWAYS stay here when I'm in town!!!
Stayed here this past weekend for a golf trip and it was decent. Rooms and Staff were good. The negatives: Housekeeping never cleaned our room, people sitting outside rooms playing loud music and using profanity profusely all the while kids running up and down side walks and walkways. A lot of strange activities going on but all in all it served the purpose for the weekend. The water pressure was good and the AC worked really good so I was happy lol.
The beds were comfortable, we were there for a few days and housekeeping did not come to room at all. I had to gather clean towels and anything else that was needed. It was a bit disappointing.
