Two Wheeler Dealer

I dropped off a Super73 S2 to have the brakes reattached tuned, and bled after a powdercoating job. They also balanced the rear tire/tube for me. The price I thought was a bit high at first glance but the job came in under the estimate and was done professionally and perfectly. Charlie did a great job and explained everything when I picked up the bike today, he also did a nice job of bagging my extra parts and attaching them to the handlebars. The level of service is 5 stars, and I couldn't complain - I drive down from Raleigh and visit often so using them as a repair shop is doable and worth it. They are the only dealer for Super73 in NC and thankful that they are because many states don't have dealers.nnI would recommend Two Wheeler Dealer for any bike related repairs.

These guys are such a pleasure to deal with. They are so generous with their knowledge. Everything I’ve been charged for has been reasonable. If they have time they’ll do minor repairs on the spot. I decided to go on a cross-country trip a while ago and have slowly been piecing the journey together over time. I have been to TWD probably 10 times in the past three months, sometimes with just questions. I have exclusively been met with all the assets quality service entails in a way that goes beyond the rote demonstration of being good at a job, like one may see in a waiter that knows all the right stuff to say but the interaction isn’t necessarily human or down to earth. I’m not even saying that such a waiter experience in a restaurant setting is unpleasant. It’s just transactional.nnWhat they got going on at TWD extends beyond simply being good at something. That business and the people working there are so down to help human beings who could benefit from their services, experience, and wisdom. I know it sounds over the top but they’re really holding it to a gold-standard of professionalism. I imagine this is just what shopping anywhere was like before retail in all arenas started getting so big.nnThank you Lisa for consistently answering all my questions frankly and taking the time to go over all the things I bought and didn’t buy, for looking at all the stuff I didn’t buy there and going over it with me to help me have a better understanding of it, to point me in the direction of helpful resources for a cross-country endeavor.nnThank you Mert & Dillon for actually helping me to understand and clarify how to work on my bicycle, discuss creative solutions, and even let me work on my bicycle nearby and answering mechanical questions I had.nnThank you Misty for going in depth with glasses and rear-view options & Paige, thank you for always saying hey when I’m there and asking questions about how things are going with the planning/trip.nnIf you want a human experience through and through, come here.
