Don't hang up when called. Get your lines under control. If you're understaffed hire more people. If you cant afford more people charge more for drugs. Realistically walgreens puts profit over reasonable service. I'd pay extra to get better service and for those that can't handle that go wait in line at walmart.
Good Service? Nice Folks? They must not be speaking about the pharmacy department which is the worst I have ever experienced in 50 years.. Physicians, nurses and other healthcare folks can't speak bad enough about this department and the numerous complaints they hear from their patients. You should go to Aberdeen pharmacy, a great Mom and Pops pharmacy. They deliver, they take all kinds of insurance, they have a drive thru, they are quick, caring and friendly, something sorely lacking in the Walgreens pharmacy dept.
Poor pharmacy cx svc...2+ hour wait & prescription still not filled...had to call pharmacy, wait time was EXTREMELY LONG. Avoid this place for prescriptions...
