They quoted a price of $1000 for 2 medications, carelessly deleted many of my meds from their online list, and registered me (incorrectly) as already having filled my prescriptions - making it harder to work with another pharmacy to fill them. I am a retired MD and this is the least professional, rudest, least knowledgeable, and most expensive pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Fortunately, Quality Care Pharmacy on Parker Lane in Pinehurst was able to straighten things out and charged me a total of $38 for the same 2 medications.

Love this store since before it became walgreens, rite aid. But the young lady at the window was being very unprofessional they were laughing out loud with the window open. After about 20 minutes of looking for my son medicine she handed me my bag and said here ya go and walked off. I didn't receive a have a nice day when i looked up to say thank you she was gone with the window still remaining open. As a pharmacy technician i believe customers are asked if we have any questions about the medicine that we are receiving she did not ask me anything. There is one prescription that i wasnt aware my son was getting so now i have to call his doctor and ask her. Very unprofessional young ladies at the window this morning around 10:00am. Overall never have any problems from no one but the customer service could be better!!!
