I got there around 1:50am and they said they cancelled my reservation because they didn't have a credit card on file and since i was arriving late they needed the room because they were fully occupied.nnUnbelievable.nnBooking.com had my credit card but they claimed booking dot com didn't send it to them. This would be the first time that ever happened because you have to give them your card and no shows would be charged for one day. If you want the better discount you need to choose the nonrefundable rate. This booking was made about a week before the reservation date and I get a call 30 minutes before they were going to cancel it. Plus, in the comments it said we were arriving around 1am.nnThey left a voicemail at 5:30pm saying i have to call them by 6pm or they would cancel the booking. I'm driving so I don't check my phone. (Yeah, someone who actually doesn't check it)nnWhen I pull over at a rest stop around midnight, I can't get a good signal. So we proceed driving there.nnAfter arriving later than expected because of traffic I had nowhere to stay with my family.nnTo top it off, I get a booking email saying the hotel said you didn't stay there is this correct? Yes because they cancelled it.

After a horrible experience at Country Inn on 73 exit off of i95, Super 8 was amazing! Rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, and very helpful. Holly and Marlene at the front desk, was a breath of fresh air, very welcoming, very professional, and really down to earth at the same time. Will recommend this Super 8 to friends and family when traveling through the area!

Last minute reservation. Room was very comfortable. Cleanliness excellent. Continental breakfast delicious. My three days in Smithfield, NC was quite pleasant. Will come again for sure!

Very nice hotel very clean and very nice personal working there I would stay there again very nice beds very comfortable just like being at home.
