I and my son went to visit here and the Receptionist Marquette show professionalism and pose as she handled us with care. She made sure we felt welcomed and appreciated for staying there. Marquette greeted my son With a hello that speaks volume to me for some places do not even recognize your children. Don’t you want them to tell their friends about the stay as well. You want all to be encouraged to stay at your place of business. Marquette went over and beyond in making sure we knew of what’s was available to us in our stay like shopping and eating places. Great job Marquette! Keep up the great work
I want to thank Tiani for her directions! and professionalism. What could have been a not so positive situation to the beginning of our vacation was made smooth and still enjoyable because she was patient and very understanding. We highly enjoyed our stay and Nathaniel was on target with every question and was willing to assist as needed. Hampton Inn knows how to hire quality, caring staff. Thanks so much!
Fantastic experience! I stay in hotels around 10 time a month and this hotel is on the top of my list. The front desk employees were cheery and positive. The rooms were immaculately clean and updated. They do not skimp on COVID protocols and you know your room has been sanitized. At check out, I was greeted with a smile, great conversation and a grab and go breakfast that was the icing on the cake. Great job, please notify employees of the great work!
Room was clean with comfortable beds. Hanging out in the lobby drinking coffee and waiting on my friends and the guy at the desk is harping on me about wearing a mask. I'm drinking coffee, by myself, no one near me. He ended up threatening to have the police remove me so now I am sitting here taking my mask half off between sips of coffee. I'm not bothering anyone and it would be much appreciated if this drone would do his job and mind his own business instead of being the mask police.
Great stay! This hotel is clean and neat. Amanda, the guest specialist, is AWESOME. Will definitely stay here again. As a matter of fact, I am already looking forward to my next stay.
