I lived there under Troy Lee Mobile Acres and as Clayton Acres. I loved it, great park set up residential style. Great location with a park, hospital, medical, dental, restaurants, and grocery stores all very close by. Rent has gone up under new owners but still seems fairly priced and the new owners seem to take extra care to make sure the park stays nice HIGHLY recommended!
