I made our reservations Wednesday got a room from Friday till Monday tony was great person to work with he helped out allot great deals nice clean friendly place to stay very helpful our room was the best room could of had everything was so close walked around and shopped it's so convenient to everything couldn't of asked for better will definitely be back see you soon thank you
Best hotel in Cherokee! Great location, friendly staff & comfortable rooms. I always stay here when I visit Cherokee.
Pet Friendly and accommodating!!!!nStanding ovation for this company.nThey have witnessed first hand the frustration and desperation in the eyes of traveling pet owners and decided to help out by increasing their “Pet Rooms” which come with beautiful wood appearing laminated floors.nThere is a need and you are there to help out, for this I thank you as all Pet Parents do.
We stay here through comp rooms for Harrah’s and we love it here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful! The rooms have always been really clean. This hotel has the best view of mountains and it’s our favorite place to stay especially waking up in the morning and seeing the fog come down in the valley of the mountains!
