Very poor. Zero stars is more like it. It was Drama before even checking in!! Room was not ready and desk lady was rude and LAZY!! Should not stay there!!
They went up in price for what? The first room wasn't clean and literally had trash on the floor. The second had trash on the floor and beds half made up. I sprayed it down with the disinfectant the staff gave me. We did not sleep well at all afraid something was going to come out. The best and only thing is the creek behind it where you can sit in a rocking chair and watch the view.
Got put in a room then it was gave to someone else. Was put in a different cheaper one bed room (which we needed in the first place) and then charged for both. Told multiple times the two bed room one would go back into our account when in fact has not. Can’t get a person on the phone hardly and when you do you get told you will get a call back. Never hear anything back. Call again and they hang up on you. Don’t stay at this place. It may be a nice place but not worth all the extra time nor money. In total for one night I may add I paid $192.89. $110.39 for the two bed room and 82.50 for the one bed room we actually stayed in.
Enjoyed our stay. Rooms clean. Great view of river. Would stay there again.
Rooms where nice, the outside could use some TLC. The sound of the river behind the inn was fantastic. Brought back memories.
