I have stayed at this Microtel several times this year, and am very happy with my visits!nThe rooms are very clean and fresh! The staff is friendly and helpful! The mattress is super comfortable, and the lighting in the rooms is the best that I have come across in my extensive travels!nThis is in a great location , as well! There are many food options and a grocery store in the connected parking lot. This is a gorgeous mountain area, with the Cherokee casino right down the road!nI love it!!
Rooms are clean and the location is very nice. The listed breakfast was none existant. We found cereal ,yogurt and little bags if bottle water and nutt bars. If you have food allergies I suggest planning breakfast separate. But for the price the breakfast bar wasn't a deal breaker. Great location for getting around the area!
We had a couple maintenance issues, but overall our stay was very nice. The staff was very helpful with helping us fix the issues that arose. Snacks and water were provided in the room, along with a few other nice touches.
Decent room. Clean. Didn't like that the security latch on the door was broken. But overall ok.
It's old and very run down. The beds are pretty decent. We had a pet room and the floor was not clean. A light bulb was burned out. No wash cloths. Breakfast has yogurt milk juice cereal, coffee A bag with a muffin. Nutrigrain bar and bottle of water.
