Awesome quiet place to get away not far from the chimney rock state park shops grills and attractions we stayed in the Mohican cabin really nice the hottub was AMAZING

We stayed in Cherokee... these cabins need some serious deep cleaning. There were ants everywhere, mold on sofa, baseboards were disgusting, dust bunnies just hanging everywhere, cobwebs in and outside of the cabin. Contacted the owner Jerry a few days before our trip, letting him know we wanted to make sure the place was clean seeing that we would be bring our 6 month old baby. I usually don't leave any reviews anywhere I go but this has to be brought to the light. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in garden view 2... these cabins needs some serious deep cleaning. There were ants everywhere, red and black mold in the bathroom, baseboards were disgusting, dust bunnies just hanging everywhere, couldn't even use the dishes as they had bugs and were rusted. Contacted the owner and got NO response. What a shame that they don't care about their rentals or renters!!

We had the most horrific experience with Turnkey. We rented a house from them in NC, when we got there (after driving for 10 hours), the second floor was infested with bees. Dead ones were all over the floor, and live ones flying up through the ceiling fan and can light. I immediately called Turnkey and the first woman I spoke to said she would have to get ahold of a local team to come and inspect it. She said she would call me back. She did but I was on the phone with another person at Turnkey because Christie didn't call right away. The second person said there was a case opened and that I needed to wait for their call. So when I got a text from Christie that said she was working on it, I called back and got a man named Brian. My husband talked to him. He said someone needed to come out and verify the problem. So when no one came, called or texted, we called again. Then a girl named Jordan called and said that a local team would be calling us to resolve the problem. After speaking with her, she told us to pick out another Turnkey property and we would be moved to that. We told her that it was twice as much and there was only one (mind you all this time we are standing outside in the cold dark with 2 little boys, one who is very allergic to bees). She told us that was not a problem and gave us a number to call. It went thru to Brian, the same guy who said someone was coming out to the house. Finally, we asked for our money back (over 1,000) and although they said it would be refunded immediately, it will be 3-5 days. We left and got a motel room. We are down here for my husband's mother's funeral. All the time we were at the house (near 2 hours) NO ONE CAME. Horrible company to work with, and the house was disgusting.

My wife and I love this place! We have been here twice and I'm sure we will be back. It's so quaint, cozy, and quiet. The chalets are awesome! It's a great place to relax.
