the owners of Bat Cave Bruce and Marion at 42 Lake Lure Hwy in North Carolina run a disgraceful business.nI made reservations for a rental and i had to cancel due to medical reason. I had plenty of time to cancel, matter fact the reservation is not until march 1, 2019. i tried to get in contact with the owners for a refund and they told me it was non refundable and that it says it clearly, which I think is outrageous. anyway i paid more than $600 for these reservations and even though is totally absurd to have a non refundable policy with so much time in advance i understood. I tried several times to get in touch with them to see what i could do about it, even suggested keep my reservation or change the date, everything and anything they can do for me not to lose that great amount of money and they totally ignored me, now i received an answer and they are being extremely rude. I told them with no insults that it was disrespectful not to answer my messages and their answer was that the non refundable part was pushed in my face and that was the end of the story. I think is hurts the app to have owners this rude, i think the policy is absurd when you go to 5 starts hotel and they dont have such policies much less with more the month and half before the rental.
