Diamond Falls Preserve

Unbelievable and amazing just begin to describe this property. I’ve been fortunate enough that work travel has taken me to several 5 Star Resorts and Properties at the top of Traveler Blogs. And I was surprised to say but Diamond Falls Preserve tops them all. The layout of the property is unforgettable. The pictures don’t do it justice as you have to experience it. Notice how many reviews say this!!!nnThe hiking trails are better than anything you’ve done before. It’s so unique as you’ll see multiple waterfalls, cliffs, and rock facings. The difficulty of these trails are easy going to extremely challenging trails through the rushing waters of the creek. Grandparents, parents, and children have plenty to chose from and the group will be happy.nnAfter working hard all day on the trails you can soak in the hot tub (which is drained and cleaned after each guest) to enjoy the sounds of the creek running underneath you. If looking to cool off you can jump in the water hole for some fresh mountain water. The property owners take great pride in what they’ve created and truly want their guests to have a memorable experience. The indoor fireplace is perfect place to relax and firewood is plentiful for both inside and the outdoor fire pit. To top it off they have a gas grill and Big Green Egg for you use to use with all the essentials.nnWhile at Diamond Falls treat yourself to a 5 course meal by Chef Santiago. He’ll come to the house and make a meal you won’t forget. We never turned on the TV once or needed to leave the property as it has it all.nnThe only complaint I could think of is the limited availability due to its popularity. So to sum it up, look no further as this place is a gem!!!

We just stayed at Diamond Falls for a long weekend getaway, and we are still buzzing about our experience here.nnWe typically like to head out west for an active vacation; however, we had heard great things about this area and wanted to give it a shot - and we were NOT disappointed.nnFirst off, the way the house is situated is just unbelievable. The house is situated next to a cascade that is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. The sound alone will make you want to sleep with windows open to enjoy the peace and tranquility brought by nature.nnSecond, the facilities are anything and everything you'd want. We've been to plenty of rental properties that feel like a rental, but this property feels like a home. From the sheets and towels to the furniture and appliances, it's clear the owners know what people on property will need. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, and they even have two refrigerators and two grills (A GreenEgg and a Weber!!). There are multiple sitting areas to enjoy a family meal.nnFinally, the property itself is hard to comprehend. We hiked 5+ miles every single day and NEVER LEFT THE PROPERTY!! Let me say that again...we did lots of hiking and never had to get the car to experience something new. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from smooth trails to the more adventerous vertical climbs.nnIf you want to really take things to the next level, hire Chef Santiago (he's based in Asheville) to cook a meal for your crew. We did that one night as a special treat and had the meal of a lifetime.nnIf you're reading this review, that means you're thinking about this property as a place to stay. I'd recommend you stop thinking and book it now. You will not regret it.

This venue is by far the most amazing wedding venue I have ever been to! We felt honored to celebrate my daughter's wedding here after several other options fell through secondary to Covid19. In retrospect we realize this was her dream wedding. The landscape lighting was spectacular! The fire pit kept guests warm as the cool fall weather put a little chill in the air. To watch my daughter and her fiancé finally become man and wife in this beautiful setting was beyond my dreams! Thank you for sharing this incredible sanctuary!!

Excellent location for family gatherings and reunions! Outstanding hiking opportunities, hot tub, or gather 'round the firepit next to Little Creek waterfalls which are lit at night. Spectacular! Cabin is spacious with multiple seating areas, cozy bedrooms, kitchen w/central island, fireplaces, welcoming atmosphere. My family and I will be back!!
