The staff was friendly and the hotel was reasonably clean. However it was fairly dated. The bed was well passed it's prime and not comfortable to sleep on. It could have just been my room. The grab and go breakfast was a good snack to start your day. If you are looking for a full breakfast you will have to go outside of the hotel. For the price overall it is not a bad value. I would have given it four stars if the bed wasn't so terrible.
Have stayed at this location several times very clean. Staff very pleasant both on arrival & check out. Nice quiet place to stay off 95 north or south would reccomend very highly
We stayed here for 1 night Saturday. It was awful. Walked in the room it had a smell. The toilet paper was almost gone. Took a shower then got ready for bed. There was a dental floss stick in 1 of the beds and lots of hair. The towels were in poor condition with holes Nothing looked freshly cleaned the drapes were falling down Room came with a microwave and refrigerator. Television had a lot of cable channels. Paid $100 to book online but Manager said room was $50 go figure. Only stayed here because their was a Volleyball tournament in nearby Rocky Mount NC and all hotels were booked! Never again The Manager offered a room at a $20 discounted rate next time. I declined !!!!!
If I can give no stars I would! My room was so dirty!!! I was SO LIVID!nDuring this timing with covid. How dare this hotel do something like this. I requested a better clean room and the staff stated they were sold out due to the storm approaching.nnDo not stay here!
Just came in for a room now, the lady at the front desk refused me service. Excellent customer service. Please educate this ignorant employee how hotels make money.
