I had a good experience here and I was surprised to see some lower reviews.nStaff was polite. Room was clean and smelled good. A/C strong. Nothing missing or broken. Provided plenty of “extras”, that are missing at other Red Roof Inns (which were not nearly as nice), like coffee in room, a hairdryer shampoo/conditioner and plenty of towels, iron and board, hangers, desk table w office chair and another easy chair w big mirror. Only disappointment was pool closed and no breakfast due to Covid, but that seems to be the same at a lot of hotels.
Great place for a quiet afternoon or evening. Clean, nice beds and rooms.
Worst hotel experience ever. The man at the front desk has a horrible attitude and also seemed intoxicated, the entire staff barely speaks English, I stayed in room 316 for 2 hours and couldn't bare it anymore after seeing the disgusting bath tub and I never received to towels I asked for. I'm disgusted, waist of $65
People are rude as hell. Asked for clean towels 3 times and have been ignored. Rooms are dirty. Poor management. And poor customer service
The most disgusting hotel I have ever set foot in. The place is dingy, smelly, dirty, and unsuitable for human living. The place should be condemned. I was looking for a cheap place to lay my head down but I left that lobby and paid double to get a room at a better hotel.
