Front desk was people were good The room was nice and roomy. Had a bunch of unsupervised teens on same floor as I occupying several rooms that were way out of control with traffic and obvious marijuana smoke throughout. Staff was able to get the problem taken care of in a timely manner. They have a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Also, a bar area. Heated pool was nice. Would have loved to have a bathtub in room. The shower was nice and roomy though.
Anytime I'm in the area this is my hotel of choice. The property is modern, up to date, and very clean. The property is also located near I85 and tons of restaurants. I really appreciate the extra cleaning efforts put forth by Hilton during the pandemic. They are guaranteeing guests that the rooms have been cleaned and disinfected with Lysol.
Apparently this hotel is relatively new, but based on the condition of our room and the quality of our stay it makes it very difficult to recommend. Our room had questionable stains on the carpet and walls and it seemed like things had been patched but not cleanly. The A/C was very hit or miss and the pillows were so flat you have to stack two to three to get in a comfortable position. We also had a fire alarm at 12:30AM when it was 27 degrees outside. Also of note, I was charged close to $50 more than I had originally booked for, and will edit this review if that issue is rectified.
Excellent stay for a stressful time. I checked in with wonderful Brandon who immediately helped me feel at home--honestly, he went an extra mile to answer all my questions and get me all I needed. The place was nice and clean and I am thankful for the staff who made a difference during a bad personal time for me.
Breakfast was NOT included ☹ufe0f. Very nice hotel, it's lovely and has a very high-end feel. Clean. Great front desk staff. Crabby breakfast lady. No shower caps. Our only big complaint here and at the other Hilton hotel we stayed at the night before is that the nice white bedding is so slippery that the comforter slips off the bed during the night. It's very uncomfortable and can end up cold!
