Quality Inn

The staff take the extra time to wipe down and clean the most used areas such as remote control. The general manager is very hands on and really concerned about his customers and there stay.. would recommend to all my family and friends. :)

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The beds and pillows were so soft I slept like a baby all night. And the breakfast wasnt so bad either for hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

My daughter made a reservation for this Quality Inn by Choice hotel for a 2 day stay, through her Choice membership. Her grandmother had been placed in Hospice and the family was called in for final visitation. That was the reason for this emergency trip in.nWhen she arrived they insisted on a deposit on top of her charges, which she was unable to pay. They would not work with her in any way. They then immediately charged her for both nights of the reservation as she left the lobby, and would not cooperate with Choice Customer Relations to refund her charges for a 2 night stay.nI myself spoke with the hotel staff and witnessed my daughter speaking with them and even the General Manager, Bharti. It was obviously age discrimination and they gave absolutely no remorse towards the tragic circumstances which surrounded her trip in and need for hotel accommodations.nMy daughter, nor myself will continue to utilize our Choice membership after this experience. We have used Choice Hotels for many years, and have always had the best of experiences. However, with Choice tolerating this type of client relations from one of their partnered hotels, our business relationship with Choice Hotels will now come to an end. There are far too many competitors out there with better respect for their clientele than what we have now experienced through Choice and especially this particular location of Quality Inn.

January 8, 2021 i stayed less than 2 hours in rooms 123 and 125. This hotel is infested with roaches! When I complained, no helped was offered. Blame was placed on prior people who stayed there before. In addition, the room was dusty and only half cleaned. My family left after less than 2 hours.nWhen I asked for a refund, no help was offered then, either.
